Something similar happened to me with a guy I met from bhw .... We did a JV using my eBay business account, got shafted, sued for IP infringment, lost £5k settling out of court and issuing refunds....and got banned from eBay for life. Nice.

But similarly, I did a JV with another guy and he used my PayPal, stripe and other gateways.... Cleared over £100k+ in profit for myself over the years we have worked together and had no issues, any refunds or disputes were taken care of our of the sales revenue.

So you win some, you lose some. Not everyone is legit, and not everyone is a scammer.

But there might be more scammers than legit ones out there... Especially from certain parts of the world.

Refund the ppl, learn your lesson and move on.

Lesson learned, hopefully not too expensive. Refund and everything will be fine.

Ouch, ouch.

Now we have a second chargeback and I suspect he never delivered orders because after emailing customers they claimed they never received there orders.

My job is payment processing so I lent him my Stripe account. What should I do to minimize damages? I want to continue using Stripe if possible.

I have another business running on Stripe which is doing very well and don't want to lose that account because of this.

I'm not worried about losing money, I'm worried about losing the other Stripe account.

Any recommendations?

dont let others use it

Not that I recall, but it only takes a few clicks to change your Telegram handle and icon.
