Scammed for roughly $130

This guy @ Louis Timothy Dioso - scammed me. He bought off content. Posted a review and paid and said he liked the content. Then he ended up ordering another 18K words saying he'll pay after a week (because he's poor and he will get paid after a week) - I took his bait and said fine, i'll try delivering as many articles as possible in a week - hopefully around 10-12K and you should be pay me irrespective of how much I deliver and the remaining will come after payment. He agreed but kept on insisting I deliver around 10K by Friday. I tried and delivered around 8k words - however he wanted complete 10k before releasing payment - I again obliged and delivered the same on Saturday and sent the payment link.

Then he goes about filing for a dispute on PayPal of the order which was already delivered a week ago and against which he already left a review on BHW on my thread - see below. What he wrote on PayPal was that I was not responding to any of his messages and that he did not like the quality of the content and wanted changes done to which I was not responding.

I received no such emails from this guy nor any Skype messages or any PMs. Please see below snapshots of PayPal dispute along with the chat history. This guy owes me $42 for previous delivered content and $85 for the content i just delivered yesterday and today along with the remaining 8K words on which I have already gotten research work done. So an estimated amount he owes me is $42 + $85 + $32(only charging for research since i've now put the order on hold) = $159. If he didn't like the quality I delivered recently, its fine if he doesn't want to pay, but how can he filed for a dispute against articles on which he already left a positive review and then ordered another big batch!?

The reason i refunded him was because I did not want to ruin my account with PayPal for just $42 - I run a legitimate business. If the client had any issues with quality, he should have firstly not posted a positive review below and secondly made a subsequent order. Moreover, if he had not reviewed and still did it by mistake, he should have had the courtesy to ask for revisions or even a refund without filing a dispute on PayPal without any communication! Till 4 hours ago, I was told that I would be getting my payment and now this happens. He has also now blocked me on Skype. I would appreciate the strictest action taken by BHW moderators.

I’ve recently been contacted by someone on Skype again wanting to place another order and stating that his website got reported to DMCA then asking about all formalities on how DMCA works. I’m not sure if I can PM the super moderator viewing this thread but if I can please delete this post and leave me a PM and I will share snapshots. Definitely seems very fishy because he added me roughly 14 minutes ago which is in line with the time when he was viewing my thread. I don’t want to screw over a customer if it’s not him and could be a coincidence but I highly doubt it because in 10 yrs of me running my content agency, I’ve not encountered something like this ever.

I just don’t want to end up getting scammed again or lose a potential customer. He gave me a BHW id and I can share it with the moderators if requested. Kindly get in touch or let me know if I should post it here.
 
Just to make the weekend interesting, the accused has replied by PM ( https://www.blackhatworld.com/conversations/shitlist-urgent-action-needed.14052220/#convMessage-16505750 ).

I am banning him now and once this is repaid in full he can submit a support ticket, for consideration to be allowed to return.
