Scammed by VoidITSolutions

I paid VoidITSolutions $600 over the course of a few a weeks for him to develop a software for me. He seemed like a really nice guy and was very helpful. However, contact stopped a few weeks ago and he would respond once every week with some new excuse. Finally, he said on Skype saying his severs were down and he was just going to refund me. I was okay with this and wished him well. He refunded me with a PayPal e check, and it never cleared because of insufficient funds in his bank account. Since then, he has not responded to any of my texts or messages.

What I told max about the code is the truth.

How this all started was that a graphic designer that's friends with a client of mine had $500,000 in BTC stolen.
Not too long later (a week or two), the previously mentioned client had someone trying to steal money from his paypal account. I think they attempted about $2,000 he said before paypal caught them.
At the same time, someone took $300 that was in one of my paypal accounts.
Not too long later, I wake up and find all of my code is gone. Simply deleted.
I tried running recovery software but parts of the files scattered through my HDD had already been overwritten by Windows.
The greatest part about it is the SSDs I'd just purchased to start keeping multiple backups.

The designer hasn't shared much with me. Think he's letting the feds handle his end so he's being quiet about it.
The other guy, well I'm not sure what he's doing about it but I had him scan his system and we found traces of the Zeus bot.
My system well, I could not recover the code and obviously something was going on so I reinstalled my Linux's and Windows installations. Trying to track crimes like these online is pretty futile. I don't even expect the guy that has fed help to have a glimmer of hope.

So why'd all this happen? I have my theories. I'm only willing to share in private/PM though because otherwise the public may be able to put together who the other two parties are and it's not my place to put their names into the public.


I did try to refund him via paypal but he was one of many people whom's code I lost.
Some long term members here that have not SL'd me ..

I've been in this business long enough to know that once it gets to the point that the client is asking for a refund, there's usually not much to do/say except give them the money.
Problem is, this has pushed me in the hole big time so I simply don't have it right now.

Nowhere in my history online before this will you ever find accusations of me scamming.


Max, I have not responded to you because I simply do not know what to say at this point.
Basically our conversation will keep going like this -
"Do you have the money?"
"No"
5 days later ..
"Do you have the money?"
"No"
Rinse and repeat


I'm in the midst of recovering all of my old code.
It is possible since it's C# with a copy of the existing program.

I didn't say this at the time max because well, I didn't know. I've never been through this before.

I did like working with you max and I think your idea is a good one but there's really only two options:
1) You continue this shit-list. I lose my advertising here hence further income. Hope that somehow makes you feel better because we both lose.
2) Realize I've been in a shitty head-space after losing literally years upon years of code and software I've built up. I now owe a lot of people and this is just shit. I haven't gone about this the best way and I should have brought this up as soon as I learned it but with a copy of the software as it was (I had sent you 'test' and 'debug' copies), I can reverse it to it's original code.

If you choose option 1, I have no energy to fight it further. Enjoy.

If you choose option 2, I will be about a week before I can do it. I'm just being honest here.
Everything got put on hold because of what happened so I have to build up some money right now before I can spare free time. The fiance is pregnant again and I need to buy her insurance among simply surviving. That's the simple truth.

Either way BHW, it's been a pleasure. I am no con. I've years into my business and this whole time on all of my public profiles, it's clear I've never "scammed". This is purely just a shitty situation that I didn't handle well. Even if I get banned, I don't want my name tainted so I just wanted to share this.

I am willing to work with you, but you cannot just ignore me. You seem like a great guy and I know you did not want this to happen. However, look at it from my perspective.

@VoidITSolutions, silence is never a good solution, especially in bad situations. When things are going badly, if you at least let the people you're dealing with know that you have a plan to make things right, that goes a long way. I'm going to keep this visible unless mschum requests that I remove it.

In either case, keep updating your plan with your clients and work you way out of this hole. I hope that you're successful.

I let losing just about everything get me rattled. I didn't go about things as I normally would.

Max please email me the last copy of the program I had sent you to [email protected]

I will decompile it and send you the current code as a token of effort.

After that, I ask that you'll remove this thread before we continue.

Once (assuming) we get to that point, we can proceed on Skype as normal.

You know what the software does and how it acts on different places (I'm trying to not publicly share your idea here).
Find 5 more 'places' aside from our original agreement and I'll put them in free.
Instead of picking at it like I was, I will set aside a couple days to try to pound out the rest.

Prior to the code loss, there was no bs-ing you nor lies, just poor planning on my part.
I'm reevaluating how I do everything here, literally.

9 code files have been sent with 5151 lines of code (quite a bit of work for a "scammer", right?)

I'm strongly requesting Max that you please have this thread removed.

VoidITSolutions was well aware of the re-opening of this SL - and we even chatted via skype. He obviously has no intention of doing the right thing - perma-banned.

In multiple conversations however, it was made clear that Greatops had nothing to do with the transactions that have not been fulfilled - those were just VoidITSolutions. I have closed his BST but have decided not to ban Greatops.

Marko NEVER paid on time. Never. There are multiple Skype conversations to back it. I threatened to fire him and he begged me to continue on his project.
There's also now proof on BHW that Marko lied to Paypal to get his money back. Marko is not mentioning that there was an agreement to pay 1200/month and he was always 1-2 months behind on ALL payments.

Max was a mistake. I lost code. He did not try to talk to me outside of BHW to resolve it correctly. He simply jumped the gun.

Marko, you are in a country I cannot sue BUT paypal has proof now that you scammed them. We're currently working on a case against you the best we can. Payment processors don't like being conned out of thousands of dollars. You're stop #1 buddy. The rest of you will follow in due time.
