Scammed by user 'stylistic'

Hello,

On April 16 I hired a user from this forum to with the username stylistic to provide me with 200,000 Instagram followers.

I spoke to him on Skype at the address: ****

He said he would deliver within a few days if I paid 50% deposit to his Paypal address: ****. I sent him $110.

By April 21 I had not heard from him so I sent him a PM here and he responded with some BS about 'Enjoying the Lenten season' and that he would deliver by April 25.

By April 26, I had not heard from him at all so I opened a dispute on Paypal for the transaction saying that I had not received the service at all.

Guess what he responds? "Payment was not for a service, it is for a virtual product. Also it was delivered."

So basically, it looks like his scam is to get 50% deposit off people and then string them along with BS and then claims it is a 'virtual good' to try keep Paypal deposits without delivering.

What a scam artist.

Stylistic has been notified he has 48 hours to respond.

I am. I created this thread.

Anyway, now Stylistic is telling me on Skype to "kindly cancel the dispute" lol.

Anyone else that wants to post that isn't directly involved will start getting full infractions instead of the 1 point ones I just gave out.

Hopefully everyone will take that as a hint to actually refrain from doing it.
