If it's only 650$ they would probably laugh but if there's several people who have got scammed for 650$ each and if one can see a pattern and can assume that it will continue with more people scammed I think there's a big chance that they will do something.

Thanks for the late information. But why the heck nobody wrote a word about the chargebacks to alert the other potential buyers?

Time being I've been informed about only three members who claimed about Uptownbulker, and I supposed there are maybe one hundred of satisfied clients. (Always there are some customers who can't be satisfied). Now, really, how many people are satisfied and how many are not?
 
I've asked before, and i'll ask again... Why are you protecting him?

3 people? There are now 11 people who were scammed, in a total of over $101,000. You tell me that the FBI won't do something about my $650 when it helps create that total and I won't post again.
 
He is banned and gone off the board so why keep all of this going? I think everyone has learned from this. Don't be afraid to report problems with anyone from the board and don't blindly defend members of the board because of who you think they are.

The Feds do not deal with this type of so called "scamming". My dad sister husband works for the Feds and trust, they will not even blink a eye at this.
This dude is salty over $650.he needs to move on and forget about it. All this time of wasting his breath and typing on here he could had made $650 in 1 day.. Take it as a loss and move on dude.. Yea it hurts , I lost money too but cop it as a lesson learn and move on.. the Feds is not going to even touch this case so quit your dreaming, this is not fraud its more of a business dispute.

Your crying to much over $650, quit complaining get to work and make that $650 back in 1 day..

AlsoIi would like to ask why didnt you chargeback? And if yo paid by western union, there is another lesson to be learned

LOl you say a total of $101,000 spread out over 11 people? Thats means his average package people paid for was over 9k each?

Sorry about your loos, but take the L and move on
 
Where has Judge Trudy pissed off to?

Joking, ok for the people saying he has joined up just to bitch he actually brought this to every ones attention (a couple months back?) but then was later banned for the issue but then he saw everyone complaining and most likely thought he'd tell every one about his issue.
As for saying he has an attitude uptown bulker most likely as a worse attitude which just seems like a big act to me.
Uptown did have a e-book or tool or something which was leaked on the vault but apparently they got scammed by him or (someone).

I'm not protecting Uptownbulker. He is already banned from the forums. That's why I am wondering what's your purpose with this thread. Do you want us to collect some funds to you to have recovered your lost $650?

You're talking about the feds, but they will never pay back your lost money.

And they aren't here to pick your complaint from the thread.

You aren't going to protect from scam other forum members, because the inculpated member was already banned.

Are you sure you are riding the right horse?
 
What are the board members suppose to do about this asmodeos33? I read all your posts in your thread and followed it. He was banned but are they responsible for his actions? I am asking a serious question. I think it is obvious he was ruled a scammer because he is banned. Not sure what else can be said or done about it.
 
I truly wish this could be closed as there is nothing more that can be done by this. He was banned there is nothing else here that can be done .

We are not the feds . Though they probably troll here *Yeah I see you*. I am sorry for everyones loss. What an incredible loss. However you need to take action elsewhere as here there is no more that can be done .

What else is there you want from here? Do you think that having this thread open here will hurt him even more? No it will not!

Everything has already been done! It is over. Let us move on! Sorry about what happened. Hopefully your next venture will not be a bad one!
 
The one thing that I think you are missing asmodeos33 is that he isn't a scammer to everyone here regardless of what happened to you. Don't get me wrong, I believe he scammed people. But you aren't going to find negative reviews from anyone that had positive experiences when dealing with him. A lot of us here have friends or associates that scam people out of money every day (offline and online).

I am happy you shared your problems with us and that the staff took action on your behalf. I believe one of the last things posted in your other thread was that HaRRo was taking his shit down and if Uptown couldn't give more of an explanation then he would be banned because it didn't specifically answer your complaint. Seems like case closed to me and most others following along.
 
why is this thread in the shit list anyway? seems very interesting.
i didnt know these things about uptownbulker, i have him on gtalk....... he's almost never online though.
