Scammed by Tounsi7orr

This guy messaged me on May 8th saying he had an eBay account that he would sell me.

He claimed that he needed the money badly and at first I did not want to trade with him. I went out of my way and felt bad for him so we agreed on a price of $20 and he claimed that he wasn't going to scam me.

The trade went smoothly and I also gave him feedback but the account that he provided me was NOT properly working. I can't use this account at all and I can't list any items. He knew this prior to selling me the account and didn't want to help me resolve the problem. (contacting eBay for me because I kept getting a confirm your identity) I even agreed to pay for the phone service.

The trade was done here on Blackhat and I am uploading all the Chat logs we had. I even have this guys Full first and last name as I sent him a direct Payment on PayPal.


I hope we can get this resolved or else please BAN this guy! I check daily and he's always logging on but doesn't acknowledge my messages.

If you don't want to help me then refund me because I'm not paying for an account that has no use.

If you really are going to scam for $20 then so be it. If this is the case then please IP ban him as well
