Offering for Facebook ad traffic. Showing"real" excel spreadsheets and paying him the "pricely" sum of 250$ you dont hear from him anymore. Its been 10 days with no contact so be warned.

nopt sure if i can post real names but if you want thyem let me know as I am sure he will have multiple aliases apart from the

He promised to deliver unique traffic but as soon as received the funds all the excuses started.

Not answering since 16th of June.

Any recommendations?

Paid also $500. No reply also after how many days. He is also a Filipino that's why I trusted him. I paid him using Local Money Transfer, I got receipts, his full name, his address and all. He said he will refund my money since he cannot deliver our terms.
 
when have you spoken to him and how? I want to receive refund as well
 
We talked over the phone since we are both located in Philippines. We also talked via Skyp. I am still waiting for a full refund. If not settled immediately, I will file a formal complaint. I also know all his details including his business in Philippines. Im not very happy since I've spent almost 500USD.
 
He's telling me he will do the refund but as of the moment, no actions has been made.

Hello! Is his IP banned already? He wont refund the money back.. What is the next step? Can I reveal his complete info here?

I am still waiting although i suddenly got a message thursday so lets see what he has to say. I hold all the info as well thanks to all people here.
