Scammed by Tendemo for 100$

Me and a friend were looking for a developer for automation software.
We got in touch with tendemo and agreed a price of 100$ for the job.
He told us it would take 1 week to make but after 2 weeks he still didn't finish the job.
He requested 1 week more at max and if he didn't get it done he would refund me.
However we've been 4 days later now and he hasn't finished the job and doesn't reply anymore either.
He's online on skype as well here on the forums but ingores me completely.

The time frame was 2 weeks ago, and after extending twice by a week it was 4 days ago. You broke all contact since the (3th) deadline was reached.

Sorry some issues got in-between 48 hrs SL time frame we are done as Im almost done.
 
48 hours are over, the product is still not delivered and no communication from his end either
 
Tendemo has just hit me up and said he will be refunding tomorrow, will post update
 
@MrRandQm - 48 hours was from my notice, which was yesterday at 11am East coast US time. That would leave approx 12 hours until the 48 hour deadline.

To the others, you're not directly related, I have removed your posts.

Tendemo has still failed to deliver. He promised a refund but keeps delaying and firing excuses.
We agreed to an absolute deadline (again) within 24 hours to get the refund through.
If still nothing I consider this case closed as a scam.
 
No product delivered and no refund done, scam confirmed.
 
@MrRandQm, Tendemo has stated to me via skype that he is completing a project and will refund you by Monday. Giving him until COB Monday to refund - or be temp banned until he does.

@tendemo has been temp banned for failing to refund. He is temp banned for 2 weeks, or until he fully refunds MrRandQM. If the temp ban expires before he refunds, he will be perma-banned.

maybe you should work on a milestone basis from now on to reduce risk
