Got scammed $40 by this this guy http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/839613-tails.html

Seems like he is here with multiple ids and few of them i found in this shitlist too (redirected/MediaMagic)

he responded to my post at http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/want-buy/753502-peruvian-utility-bill-scanned.html via pm (attached) and offered his service of editing nd providing a doc for $40. I've paid him upfront coz he sounded as legit and the guy told he will get it done in 2 hrs once the money is paid. I was in a hurry and sent the money over paypal nd that too as gift :Z i dont care abt money but just thought to warn all fellas abt this pathetic low life. Last part of skype log is attached nd also the pm. Full log is with me too.

Tails has been notified he has 48 hours to respond.

This is the same guy who scamming with multiple usernames n plenty complaints against him on this shitlist itself. His location seems like london but i doubt he is hiding behind a vps or vpn prolly. Ban him OS and may be i can send u his ip too if u need.
