Scammed By Swifty

I ordered a website from Swifty http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/237438-swifty.html paid him half upfront and the deal was it would be made within 24 hours, well weeks later I still don't have the website and he's stopped responding to me on Skype.

I have full Skype and PM details to back this up etc, I'm not looking for mods to get involved unless they want proof, I'm posting this more as a warning for others not to deal with this guy.

Sounds good, let me know when the refund has been completed and I 'll remove the thread.

Ok thanks you could have just told me this on skype though instead of ignoring me, either way I will be happy with just a refund you don't have to pay any extra and as of yet haven't received one.
 
Even i am waiting for your reply on PM's over here or over gmail. Since , last 10 days i am sending you PM and mails but your are not replying anyone of them .when you are going to pay me the amount you owe me for the work which i have done for you . Logo + image editing work.

Still not received a refund, he came on skype and asked for my bank details which I don't want to give out seeing as I paid by Paypal, told him to refund by Paypal and never heard back again.
 
Never got my money back from this yet I see Swifty still visits the forum daily, IMO this guy is a scammer and should be banned
 
Even i did not received any payment from Swifty , I have send PM to JAZZC and BIGBUDDY having all the proofs against him.

I don't know how this slipped through the cracks. Regardless, he is now permanently banned.

Haha, the thing was, I already called out on him being unbanned more than a year ago but I remember that jazzc banned him. And now I randomly checked this thread and noticed him being unbanned again and thought it was kinda weird.

Either way, "Swifty" hasn't logged onto BHW since 2013.
