Pretty sure I was scammed by specialize. Paid him $15 for a VCC via Western Union. Sent it through there because it wasn't a lot of money and he didn't accept PayPal unless it was gifted. So he gave me a non-working VCC and said he would replace it. Paid him on October 31st and he last responded to me on November 6th. He hasn't responded to me since. The conversation is down below.
