Scammed by spazzumes

I placed an order with spazzumes on the 29th of November and it has been 3 months.

The order was suppose to be completed on or before the 13th of December (as seen in screenshot)

Here is our convo about the service, confirming they got payment, confirming they were back logged, and furthermore not replying back.

I acknowledge that this Order Summary Sheet will serve as a professional agreement and any money paid for this service will be non-refundable, except under the circumstances explicitly stated hereto:

- Incomplete Job(s), and

- Service different from that listed in the above breakdown

He was last seen on 2nd of Feb and I clearly sent asking him twice before this date and again on the 4th of February.

I'm out $177.28

Had the same experience, had 2 reviews as a sample, those went great ordered another set prepaid $102 out of $170. Haven't heard since and had the first 2 drop.

I am going through the same thing with the Seller. He has stopped responding via Skype or BHW PM.

He did contact me via Skype 5 days ago and told me he was in the hospital and that he would complete the order in a few days. Whether or not that is true remains to be seen. I will update with progress.

I only communicated with him here. I filled a dispute with paypal, he didn't object and refunded me the order, but I still have not heard from him.

UPDATE: Order is still not 100% placed from back in January. Only 1 additional review has been posted and it is now over a month since my last update.

I'm banning @spazzumes as he's failed to address this, his Jr VIP has lapsed and he's not been back for over 2 months.

If he resolves these, he can submit a support ticket and ask to be allowed back, once all outstanding orders have been refunded or completed.
