Scammed by smartcatmk *BEWARE* Chat included!

smartcatmk (BHW username) AKA "social master" as he goes by on his Skype, scammed me in promising a bot will be developed for me. I had contacted him Wednesday, October 15th, here is the Skype conversion from the beginning all the way to where i was messaging a what i notice now a deleted contact as he had blocked me this morning. (The due date of my bot)

If you do 1 thread: you log in the account you want to spam, it will say which type of photos to like? (Topic) Proxy supported? (Yes or no) if yes make it txt (iport:usernameass) username and pass is optional for proxy. And then it asks if u want hashtags/caption (yes or no) if yes it will be a .txt of ur hashtags or comment.

So this means he ran off with my upfront 50% payment and left me with no bot, ban this scamming thief - members like this on BHW should burn in hell. He wasted 1 week of my time - i had thought i was getting a bot and i had done NO WORK as i was depending on this bot. After i post this i gotta head to PayPal and open a dispute.

Edit: I was not able to retrieve my money, he "accepted" my payment the day I sent it. Therefore, I'm unable to chargeback. But I did however find a way and now PayPal is investigating it.
