Hi MisterF.

After Samuel tried to haggle with the refund, I was able to receive half of my money that I sent to his account.

This was a terrible experience for me, but I did learn a lot.

How a person conducts themself while resolving a SL often speaks volumes about their business ethics and integrity.

Lucky for this guy you were prepared to accept this partial refund. He failed to deliver what was paid for, then had the nerve to try to haggle the refund.
