Initially I said no, but my rankings took a huge hit in the may update and I lost 95% traffic so I pm'd the kind people who offered and said if they could still help I would accept it. @mudbutt and @nihalsad have been kind and given a helping hand, can't thank them enough. I will use it to invest in content for a new site that hopefully won't get hit as badly.

It was not related to eWhoring - If it was, I don't think things would have gone this far.
It was something related to using other's cards to buy services without users consent.
