Scammed by RoundedPixels

I bought from this guy two Instagram bots, InstaKiller and Social Dominator, both for $100.

- InstaKiller was extremely unstable, and after one month it completely stopped working.

- Social Dominator never worked.

I obviously tried to contact him by absolutely every possible way:

- I tried with Skype, he?s either never connected, or he blocked me.
- I sent him at least 20+ emails on both of his emails adresses.
- I even warned him by PM about a week ago and he still didn?t answered.




I found one person on the forum who have the same problem as me.

Frankly I don?t necessary want him to be banned, all I want is what I paid for, a working Instagram bot.

I've been a bit busy and didn't have time to research this one initially - but now it's ready.

RoundedPixels has been notified he has 48 hours to respond.

I haven't been on this forum in months (I think you're looking at recent activity by my friends on here), while at the same time I also completely stopped programming. My email boxes were flooded with messages to the point where it was too overwhelming and I rarely ever replied to any of them. The same happened with my Skype account. I could never bothered with removing any of my websites as I just got too busy with school and my personal life. I understand that I should have mentioned on my sites that I wasn't working on them. I apologize for all of the inconveniences.

What a professional gesture, you're too successful, you got too many customers so what better idea that to ignore them all right?

Plus that doesn't makes sense, your email boxes are too flooded, but, you still find the email from BHW saying that you'll be banned if you don't reply.

I emailed you for months, not a single fucking reply.

Keep your apologises and give me what I paid for, a working Instagram bot.

Both the sites were low on traffic, I didn't expect anyone to visit it.

Most of the emails weren't from people who purchased, they were questions about freeware or other software I have developed.
I went on just on BHW just to check on the site, not because of the email I got. In fact, it was already passed the 48 hour time, so it was useless for me to go on here.

Also didn't bother with the removal of the site because it was again, low traffic and I wasn't expecting anyone to purchase from it. Anyways, at the time I stopped developing, the programs were working fine.

I know this doesn't change anything, but it is mentioned on InstaKiller that there were going to be no updates until Social Dominator was completed, and it was also mentioned on Social Dominator's site that missing features will be added IF the program was ever completed.

First of all, it doesn't matter if your site was getting low traffic or not. If it's no longer for sale, you need to remove the purchase options PERIOD. Selling a product that doesn't work is fraud and as you said, once you abandoned the project, it would stop working not long afterwards.

Secondly, your sites state that you are selling Beta versions and that they are being developed. That implies that they would be updated to continue to work, which they weren't.

This one is easy - you are to refund the full purchase price of your bots to joeladouille.

@joeladouille, post screenshots of your purchases (removing the personal info) to verify the amount paid.

Maybe, but my emails were logs and reports to improve your bot and you never gave a fuck either.

You're selling Social Dominator for $75 and InstaKiller for $50 that's $125 for both, not ~$50





I don't understand you, the bot is already done, all you had to do was update it.

Unfortunately I didn't used PayPal, I gave him a $100 Amazon Gift Card by email and I obviously didn't took any screenshot or kept the emails since I had no idea about his dead bots.

@joel, I highly suggest you read my PS if you don't want to take a vacation while this is being sorted out. I'll look over the rest when I'm back at my desktop.

Since there is a price on both sites for a $25 special and there is no way to determine if that was in effect at the time of your purchase (neither was picked up by archive.org), I can only decide on a $50 refund to you - unless you can find a copy of anything that indicates the actual value of what you sent to him.

same reason i had a vip pay me 800$ for 2 products , being bored waiting for
payment i googled user name directed me to a 13 year olds fb page
i instantly refunded...i wont deal with minors and that amount of money...
right after that, he deleted his fb page...funny old world...
