Scammed by rishcosys

Almost 2 years ago I was looking for a Woocommerce WPML specialist and @rishcosys was interested.
After the payment, he would give me an update in 3 days. However he simply blocked me on Skype and never mailed me back or responded on BHW. It's not the biggest amount (126 €) but these kind of actions give a forum a bad name.
I never thought of opening a claim here. But since he handled the other claim I can give it a try.

Although this is a pretty old issue, I am approving this Shitlist based on the evidence produced and some history with @rishcosys in the SL section previously.

@rishcosys has been notified he has 48 hours to respond to this post.
