SCAMMER: rankmaster (skype: rank.master)
I was searching for a php programmer and posted a thread on hire a freelancer - http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ammer-work-api-start-counts-smm-services.html
rankmaster sent me a PM and asked me to contact him via skype.
We agreed that he will do some php programming work, we agreed for a total price of 100$. I have sent him 50$ upfront payment, we agreed that I will send 50$ more when the work is completed.
I gave him access to files that needed editing. He said it will take 3 days to complete work and first improvement will be visible within 24 hours after I sent him the upfront payment.
I have sent him a payment of 50.00$ on February 4 and he has not done any work. Last time he replied to my message was February 12.
