And here is where he says it takes 48 hrs for him to refund me or pay $10 more to get VCC (refused to pay him more money at this point and asked for a refund instead)

It's a newbie ACC and I know I won't get my money back. Just posting here so that others do not get scammed by him using this ID. I am sure he will make more ID's and try again.

The accused is a previously banned member and I just banned him again.
