The guy withdraw money from my paypal and was supposed to give me my cut and his excuse is he's been on vacation and can't pay me. Yet he's logged into BHW multiple times through the months and through his skype. What? He doesn't know the password to his wallet?

Clearly, he knows he owes me money. He has been holding my money since July, it's been almost a half a year.

I had a limited PayPal and needed someone to withdraw funds, the deal was a % split for his service and my PayPal. Then I had more PayPals, which he owes me 400+ dollars for an account he withdrew 6+ months ago. I did not know it was against the rules to use a service from a non service provider here because I see a bunch of threads and service threads that does offer paypal withdrawal from upgraded and non upgraded members so now I'm confused... Also it was a popular thread so if it was against the rule, why wasn't it taken down? Not to be rude, but if that was against the rule then you guys also kind of got me in trouble by not taking it down and you had 3 years to do so because it was started in 2014, not 2017. Then again, I understand your point that it was not allowed but I see so many threads on here even in the service threads, so I'd assume it was allowed. Maybe you should take all those threads down?

Going back to that thread, it was started in 2014 by him and I somehow contacted him in 2017... 3 years...? Is this a new rule or something?

Also this is a long time ago but I clearly remember that I 100% found him here. I remember that thread but I don't see where is my response on that thread, I may had been the last one and bump that thread and maybe an admin may had locked it or removed my comment because in the PM it shows I engaged with him.

But anyways, he should be banned off here. He is wasting my time. I'd rather him just scammed me right away instead of me having to remind him every few weeks, that's even more work. And today is the 30th, I knew he wasn't going to paid me so I started this thread a day earlier. I hate people like him.

He said he don't care about my dispute, so I think maybe we should give him a lifetime ban. I'll let him keep the money in exchange of giving him a lifetime ban. Deal @MisterF?

If he's not refunded you it'll become a lifetime ban, trust me on that.

Nope. I think he has no money and spent my money on his "vacation"

He did message me and told me that he doesn't care about his BHW account

For sure this is not my thread but I don't think banned only does mean anything anyone can change his IP and sign up and pay for Premium member under other names at least you have to put his email address + his name + his skype or Facebook let him be popular just small search and people they know that he's a scammer I think this is a better solution rather than just ban him? i'm just giving my opinion that guy he just lost 400$

The forum or staff representing the forum can't release his email etc.

Sadly we can't recoup everyones money involved in SLs, but we remove as many scammers as we find to avoid others getting stung.

There's a hell of a lot happens behind the scenes and we do resolve a lot of these successfully.

Thanks for helping but there is no way this guy is going to pay me back. It seems like based on the conversation we had, he doesn't have any money available. And if he really was trying to pay me back, it shouldn't take almost a year. He's just wasting my time.

His punishment is banned, so if he actually want to get on BHW, he would have to invest his time in building rep on his account again which takes a lot of work. So he scammed $400 for his time back on bhw. Maybe it's worth it for him, but im glad im done with him.
