Scammed by Money Magic :(

It was 01-15-2011. I'v got scammed by Money Magic. I've posted a thread here on WTB section for US FB acc. Then he has pm'd me that "Hello Sir I have over 200k Friends in around 64 profiles for sale. My price is quite low compare to others...

After that we made a deal on skype and the deal was 7$/k US friends. So, I paid him for 13k US friends=$104. But after taking my $$ he has blocked me from skype and didn't provide me accounts yet. I pm'd him more and more here but didn't get any reply also. I don't know what to do and how I'll get back my money? I also made dispute on paypal but they didn't reply yet also. Sorry for my bad english.

Plz MOD take an action for such kinds of f**king scammer.

Yes proof of your chat should help you. Also call paypal and explain your problem or else they delay for 1-2 months.
 
spoke with money-magic on skype this is what he said

He himslef a cheater kinda guy..I did not scammed him..he is still in my contacts
But this guy was too clever to rip my accounts
he thought after getting my accounts he will put a dispute and took my money off. But I quickly changed all Accounts details and saved my goods. and that PayPal is now limited and I could not use his money.. I am fighting his case in paypal and hopping to win soon.
If I was a scammer, I am not that fool to keep looking to sale my goods at BHW.Am i Right?
And If I lose the paypal case, he will get his money back. And If I win I will send those accounts again. thanks.
I don't have the money as well, because,I used an unverfiied PayPal that got limited .... Now THe Money he sent me is under paypal's control..

Ive worked with Win_bird on a few occasions, hes a genuine guy, very trustworthy and honest imo

Money Magic scammed my $104. On the other hand he hasn't taken any kinds of service from me, but he has given me a negative itrader. My request to MOD.. plz remove my negative itrader and help me to be a continue member of this forum.

I purchased this same service from Money Magic and he is supposed to be delivering my fb accounts tomorrow

SO if I end up with the same results then I will be on win_bird's side in this argument

well as we both no ericson a shit list thread requires both partys
to post what they have for a mod to form a conclusion
post rank or sales dont mean anything or that means theres
bias . to form a conclusion with 1 side of a story is
a little unfair . granted if the guy doesnt reply , that says it all.
but at least afford him the opertunity
