i hired and paid him 80$ last week via paypal and he has gone missing he doesn't reply to my messages on skype , he's made to make me a bot, he said that he will deliver the work in 48 hours but all was lies. but i learnt something , if you hire someone make a milestone in freelancer that way you wont be scammed.

and when you file a dispute on paypal this what they normally say

Unfortunately, we are denying your claim because your purchase was for a
virtual, digital, or intangible item, which is not covered under PayPal

yeah or better use services like escrow as far as I know escrow is the best for the virtual good deal out there
 
Why did you pay before he did the work? or a half now half later type of deal? If he did it once he will do it again. $80 lesson!
