You have not talked to our support team. It seems that there is a guy that put the name like our ID.
If you search on Skype nevo.iulian you will see my account { Microleaves } Customer Support which has the ID nevo.iulian
And the second account which has the name Nevo.iulian and the ID microleaves.co

We NEVER ask anyone to send any money directly on skype. All our order processing is done automatically on the website.
