This guy responded to my thread where I was looking for someone who can do editing and he gave me his Skype, he first asked to be paid in full and send me a watermarked, but I insisted to pay half and the rest when he sends the complete work which he agreed to, now after I send him the half he's telling me the same thing that I refused to pay for and asking me to pay in full before delivering the complete work which he agreed to.

I've been patient with this guy and offered him to solve this cordially but he is not answering me at all

The entire conversation was on Sky pe sir, I opened a thread asking to hire someone who can make editing and this was him reaching to me

This client Boymotel2 has ordered job to edit documents for the price 25$ and first he agreed to pay after i show him edited
documents.
And after i had showed him edited documents he changed his mind to pay in half .

In the mean time time he asked to make some changes and i have done it and showed him the proof .
In the end he asked me to send the whole edited document and he promised to pay me after that the rest of money

I send him the whole document yesterday and he didn't pay the rest of the monay till now , He didn't answer till now me and even opened dispute in the forum

Im asking who get scammed ? He has new profile and nothing to lose .The purpose for that is to hire someone and then trick to get job done for free.

Why are you selling services when you do not have an upgraded membership and the permissions to respond to Hire a freelancer and want to buy threads?
 
Yesterday he came online and I told him that the Moderators want to close the thread but he didn't answer.
 
He totally ignoring now and won't answer any of my messages.
