Scammed by Magic5

I had posted a WTB thread looking for meetme accounts and was immediately PMd by Magic5. Long story short - We took it to skype and we agreed on $350 for 200 pva accounts. He was supposed to have these on hand so there should be no problem with delivery right after payment. I made the payment and this guy disappears for 3 hours, I sensed I was getting scammed so I filed a dispute on paypal.

That is when he decided to message me, "scam threads?" In the dispute I mentioned googling his name and finding many scam threads (I doubt it's his real name). This guy escalated the dispute to a claim and wrote that my "articles" were delivered via email and tells me on skype, "im going to have to let you go." That is when he blocked me. That was that and he was supposed to reply to dispute by October 10. I was hoping he would just not respond and I would get a refund, but woke up today to this on paypal, "Virtually Delivered via email tracking # No Tracking Number its virtual" Skype convo below. At 3:42 that was just me mentioning family members I found on possibly his facebook to see what he'd say, but I don't think his paypal name is real. I am close to knowing 100%.

I've got an easy solution to that... he is now temp banned for 3 days. If he refunds within that 3 days, he keeps his account and will just receive an infraction for lying - and if he doesn't, it will become a perma-ban.

There have been several new accounts recently claiming to be from the UK and aiming for a high post count in a short space of time.
This guys average was 10 posts p/d in a month, always suspicious.

i spotted 1 guy who joined on the 4th oct and by oct 5th had over 100 posts
when i pmd him and asked him why the rush posting , he replied i want to get
a sales thread [ lols ] when i replied posting this frantic wont change u gotta
be a member 3 months for that, last 2 days only 15 posts.

If you had paid through your card.I think you can dispute claim once again through your bank and paypal will ask seller to provide proofs of anything he have sent or delivered. Chance % of winning case through bank are more than through paypal claim.

Good looking out, but paid directly from bank. I will contact them and see if they can help.
