Scammed by lineager

Hello. I want to start this thread because I was scammed by lineager.
I posted a wtb thread few days ago that I want to buy a zeropark account.

Lineager messaged me and said that he has an account for sale.

I made screenshots one by one and they go from 1 to 23.

He is on bhw since 2012, so I trusted and sent by skrill. He even showed proof of owning an account but then after sending the money he simply stopped replying, after this he deleted me from skype. So he scammed me. His skype is live:lineager_2.
He said he is from China after I paid so I guess it says it all.
I wonder can I get his ip's he logged in from and his email? I want to report him to authorities.

So i had posted in BHW that i am looking for someone with a Solid Adwords account for JV and this guy https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/lineager.353985/ sent me a PM saying that we should speak on Skype. He asked for upfront $200 in Bitcoins on which i said show me account first. It was an Old Adwords account and i was interested.
Sent him $100 in botcoins.

Long story Short.

he didn't replied after that and just blocked me after 6 hours of recieving payment via BTC.

Can I get his IPs he logged in from to report him to authorities? Looks like he scammed quite a lot of people. I have his skype, his skrill email. his other email. If I get the ip's I think it may be possible to take action.

I do not believe that is something that BHW will share but I will check for you.

@lineager has been banned.

He was on BHW and did not even bother to respond.

One Fraud less but the question remains, how can people like him be kept away from this forum ?
Can we make account approval process a bit stringent to filter people like him so that they can't come back ever ?

Sounds like a lot of work and easy to bypass.
There is not much that can be done tbh except for when someone does get scammed to start a shitlist right away before they have time to scam someone else

Yes, when he scammed me, same day before he scammed me, there was already ShitList opened against him. I am just unlucky to have seen that.
Anyway, one leasson learned in life. I guess it was worth it.

An easier way to manage the scammer is to not send money upfront.

I get PMs now and then like, "Is this guy trustworthy as he is asking for money upfront?" and similar and not once have I said, "Sure, send him money upfront."

I'm not happy you lost your money but you can't send money upfront to someone here unless their reputation is STELLAR and even then think twice.

This guy had 50 posts over 3 years... nothing in his posts indicated to me that he was someone to trust like that at all.

1) If you can buy it in the Marketplace, do not try and buy it outside as the sellers outside the marketplace are not vetted by the Marketplace Mods.
2) If they ask for upfront money in a form where you have no recourse, check their entire history and if their posts are fluff just walk away.
3) If they ask for upfront money in a form where you have no recourse, make sure they have a solid itrader, a long history of giving "that exact product service" to other reputable members.
4) If they ask for upfront money in a form where you have no recourse, ignore them and find someone who does not ask for upfront money.

The theme here is, Upfront money in a form where you have no recourse is a warning sign.
