Scammed by kwojew

Don't waste your time or fall for promises from https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/kwojew.241414/ he promotes himself as offering services for mother child and never delivers. I've been dealing with this headache for several months and every time I ask for an update he would give another excuse or not reply. After I while I requested a refund and he would not provide refund for services that I was promised but not provided. Every time you message he takes a very long to respond and is not good for doing business with. Was warned before posting this.

@kwojew has been temp banned until he refunds.
 
I've had some dealings with this user too. I've paid for his services, but nothing has been delivered as of yet. The times between responses are so bad also

Can you provide screen shot proof that you paid and did not get what you paid for please?
 
@kwojew You need to take this chance to resolve this or the ban will be permanent.

Sorry about the delay. Was still in communication with said user about the service who was promising a resolution, so I stayed patient as I understood his frustrations. He was providing me with reasoning to why the service was not going as planned, so I empathised with the situation. Unfortunately still nothing has come about and I've seen zero progress. I will be raising it to Paypal to get my money back. He has accepted the refund situation and says he will be happy to proceed with a refund too. Although he wasn't able to provide the service, from what I can make out, he was attempting to resolve.

I've attached some screengrabs from a Skype conversation as requested.

Did PP give you a refund?

Quite disappointed that @kwojew did not post in here as is required though.

Once this is sorted the staff will deal with that aspect though.

Haven't received the PP refund yet. Had to dispute the transaction, so I assume it's going to go through the usual time period where they allow @kwojew to respond. Hopefully he accepts the refund direct through PP and I receive it quicker, otherwise I'll be waiting around a month for the dispute to automatically resolve because of no response.

Will update if there is any change, as he did say he will continue to attempt resolving the issues he was having.

Can you escalate the claim please?
 
I have been scammed by @kwojew too, I have paid him on 28/11/2019 so he can provide me with IG growth service, not only did he fail to give me the service he also tried to trick me at every given opportunity he had, he lied to me multiple times and he keeps ignoring my messages, I have been waiting for my refund since mid December but he keeps coming up with random excuses “obvious lies” in order to keep postponing the day of the refund. This person should be removed from this site even after he provides a refund, he’s a manipulative person that gives this site a bad rep. Please dispute in Paypal and escalate the claim.

I’ll see the result on the 23rd of January, hopefully it will, I explained everything with great detail and attached tones of screenshots
 
The accused is banned.

Let PP work their magic and get your money back as the accused is not going yo follow up.
