Scammed by kacsatejfol

I posted this thread in hire a freelance section and received a pm from kacsatejfol, that he would be able to do the job and asked me to add him on his skype.

We agreed on 15$ price for the job and I sent him that money through paypal. After payment on 29 november, he stopped replying me and then replied me back on 2 december saying he would be able to complete the job tomorrow.
After that he again stopped replying.

After threatening to open shitlist on BHW, on 11th he replied to me on skype saying the work is done and then never bothered to reply again. Even though he is online everyday. Below is the skype log.

Also, this guy posted on my hire a freelancer thread and both lazydesigner and kacsatejfol are the only people friends with each other.

kacsatejfol has been notified he has 48 hours to respond.

Thanks for the heads up, not sure why the account was still active but it's resolved now. Lazydesigner is also same person - account banned.

Mod, Even i raised a thread about them, But, since they were already banned, you did not approve my thread. I gave them bad rep since they scammed me. But, They gave revenge bad rep to me. Is there any way to remove their feedback from my profile?

This scammer tricked me to cancel my paypal dispute and gone. So, DO NOT EVER CANCEL YOUR DISPUTE EVEN IF LEGIT MEMBER SAYS SO, Once it is cancelled, you can not reopen. Instead of closing, Ask the seller or buyer to send the response to disputes.
