i am from tunisia
i contacted pxxvxxato sell me fb ad acc we agreed that i pay 250 he give me account + vps in 2 days
its been a week now i got nothing from him called him on skype today he block me from skype

i only wanted to do business with this guy because he have a thread in blackhatforum and he is a jr-vip
i asked for refund via neteller or payoneer because paypal in tunisia can only send money not accept money
but he refuse


please help me

This is just absolutely false and you know it.

1) Accounts go for $500 from me on average. You BEGGED me to pay half up front and half after. Since I felt bad for you I agreed.

2) You HARASSED me and threatened me constantly even though you were already getting a great deal.

3) You expected for ME to provide a credit card on the account for you.

4) You NEVER sent the second half of the $500.

5) I refuse to work with someone like that. Point blank period. You are a service providers NIGHTMARE and I can't believe you're even allowed on these forums.

Ok, that's good info - so then what's the status on the account or refund of what he paid you? Obviously you don't get to keep the down payment if you don't provide him the account.

Then I'm going to have to see the full logs to see what's going on - what the original agreement was etc.

One of you needs to post the full logs with the personal info removed.

Me telling him I'm just going to refund him, to which he said he cannot just take a refund via Paypal for some odd reason. Tried to get me to create a bunch of different accounts at different payment solutions.





Him harassing me in a matter of minutes and me sending the account and officially blocking him to never have to do business with him again (and didn't even get my second part of the $500). IF ANYONE is taking a loss here it is me.








If any sellers or service providers can see this, this buyer is an absolute nightmare and for ZERO financial gain. Avoid him like the plague.

we agreed that the account need to be on vps you never deliver a vps ( login details worth nothing without vps )
paypal only send money in these countries and dont accept ( tunisia , maroc algeria , bengladsh and you can contact paypal directly for that )
i never get a working account + lost 7 days work because you didnt deliver + i lost my 250$
such a shame to have jr vip status and you scam people for 250$

then he sent login details that i cant use because they need to be used on vps only so fb wont flag you , when i asked for vps to send him the rest of the money he block me
till the end i was good customer gave him 2 days to give me vps before i speak with BHF moderator
why you didnt send me vps ??? why you didnt give me instruction how to use the acc , i didnt even use your acc because i was afraid that fb will flag with no vps so your acc is fine but you stole 250$ for me and i got nothing

Hey I purchased from this guy also for agreed upon price. Have pages of skype messages saved if needed. Took Him 3 weeks to deliver the account which was not delivered in the correct way because I don't think he knows what he is doing. I asked him multiple times If he was going to provide VPS on which the account is made on so we don't run into issues and he told me he was gonna provide VPS but he didn't and AFTER delivering the account he said VPS was gonna cost extra lol. Anyway this brings us to about a month later now I asked him if he is going to fix the issue and he says he will. That's where we are at today.

Hello, i know that this topic has nothing to see with me and i'm ready to take a ban for it but let me clarify something: i'm from Tunisia and i'm sure that you CAN deposit money from any country to a Tunisian Paypal exept from Tunisia iself (It's due to the bad economic situation that converting Dinars to Dollars is restriced), then you can withdraw to a local bank, so the refund IS VERY POSSIBLE via Paypal.

One more thing, Paypal is fully working in Marocco and Algeria.

the deposit here is not a problem , receiving payment is restricted in tunisia , maroc , algeria these information is provided by paypal tech support i called them 3 times . and i dont want to get in trouble with the law of my country .
my main problem here is this PXXVXXA that he scam me and apparently Mr 10millionmiles by not providing the vps with the account
and refuses to give money back when he can't deliver
i hope moderators will take serious actions to keep rhis forum a safe place

No you can't receive payments using a PP verified using a TN address

Yup , only the refunds are allowed

I live in country like @aaron145 where PayPal can only send money but can't receive it.

@aaron125 you made a mistake for rejecting a refund via PayPal, because it is deifferent than receiving money. Your PayPal would be able to process refund and you would get your money. I talk from personal experience.

VPS would be included for the $500...once again he paid $250.

PxxVxxa has been temp banned for 14 days for failing to respond to 10millionmiles' post above even after I warned him via skype. Once he responded to that, I was going to have him and his buyers discuss whether he was refunding the payment or delivering the VPS. For the aaron125 order, we could still arrange for the delivery of the VPS for the remaining payment or return of the FB account and full refund - but for that, he needs to stay involved, which he has chosen not to.

If he fails to contact me via skype and tell me that he's ready to take this seriously before the temp ban expires, he will be perma-banned.
