Scammed by Jr. VIP alimsweet - $35

he offer to sell me xvideos account for $35, after I paid him through paypal, he gave me log in detail and when I logged in, I found out that the account has been tagged by xvideos as fake account which means it can be deleted or ghosted by the site at any moment, and he did not tell me that before the sell, I requested refund and he refuse.

Also I sent him $35 and he lied and said I only sent $33, He claims I checked the account detail before purchase but I was only given account detail(username and password) after payment.

Accused, you have 48 hours to respond to this shit list thread. If you do not respond within 48 hours, the decision will be made in favour of the Shit Lister and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. Information For The Accused & The Shit Lister
Please remain professional as name calling, insults, tu quoque, and ad hominem will not be tolerated. Should the Shit Lister resort to this, the dispute will be forfeit; and if the accused resorts to this, the dispute will automatically be in the Shit Lister's favour.

The moderator mediating this dispute is simply trying to fair a resolution to this dispute. Any mod abuse or accusations (e.g., "you're biased", "you're protecting scammers", etc) directed toward the moderator will not be tolerated and may result in an infraction for mod abuse.

Information For Other Members
If anyone else has the same issue with the accused, you may respond so long as you supply evidence in the form of screenshots, videos, etc.

I would like to add that he claimed I checked the account before purchase but he only sent me link to the account's profile page before the payment, but you cant tell whether the account is marked as fake or not on the profile page, its only when I logged in the message show up.

I think he should be banned regardless of whether he refund or not, after the transaction competed, he tried to scam me for second time by lying that he only received $33 when I sent $35

yes i know. I just trying to point out the fact that he tried to scum me second time as I forgot to upload payment screenshot in the first post. the first sentence just my feeling not trying to tell you what to do.
 
He checked the account before buy but if the moderator think i should refund i will refund

If by "check account" you mean checking on the profile page then yes, I have checked the profile page to see if the account has at least some upload on it as requested. However as I have mentioned, theres no way to know by just seeing the profile page to tell if the account has been mark as fake. The fake account message can only be seen when you logged into the account and go to the account dashboard page. you did not disclose such information nor did you provide screenshot of your account dashboard, I was only given log in details after payment(see the date and time on screenshot) so theres no way for me to know and "check" if your account has been mark as fake prior to payment.

Refund him in full and we can all move on.
