Hello want to start a shitlist on this person that scammed me Jessie Martinez
He is by the way selling services without actually starting a sales thread here as required by BHW.
I really dont care about the money as its nothing, but he's parading around here on BHW and Im sure hes going to try and scam other people... so here are details:
On March 8th this person and I had a conversation and he said to add him on skype so I can get yelp reviews from this person which he charged me $10 per review, see the PM below

2. please see our conversation everything was good he added the reviews and told me he would replace them if they were filtered, please note he guaranteed to replace them if they were filtered within 7 days

4. Here are two payments I sent him http://prntscr.com/euigif
5. anyways all reviews he added which I paid and requested were filtered and here is our skype conversation which ended him just blocking me and not replacing anything at all.

b. http://prntscr.com/euihaj second convo where he kept buying time and saying tomorrow
c. http://prntscr.com/euihew Him "promising" to replace the reviews
d. http://prntscr.com/euihpa here is our last continuing conversation and him blocking me around March 20th
6. After I PM'd him to give me a refund or gave him a chance to replace reviews like he agreed to. Well he gave me a non-sense reply that he does not sell anything when in fact I have all this proof.
I dont really care about getting a refund or getting anything from this BHW user, but I do want to make this forum alot better, he has been perusing around and offering more users reviews and other so I want to call attention.
I can also message yelp profiles with his reviews and have other verification or evidence if needed will show moderators. Thank you.
