Scammed by itsJamesLopez

Hello,

It's pretty simple, really. I just need a refund for my uncompleted order but James Lopez has failed to respond or refund.

I ordered 200k mentions from itsJamesLopez for $1.5 per K for a grand total of $300. He was unable to complete the order and discontinued communication with me after about 100k~ mentions. Long story short James Lopez is unreliable and unable to put up his end of the bargain. Instagram went thru an algorithm change which halted the service for most people - which is fine; however, James was never able to finish his end of the deal. He now has failed to respond and failed to refund the uncompleted order.

Please post the messages previous to what you have shown in this thread... I prefer screen shoots to be more accurate...
Your order was complete for the previous service you ordered ..
There was never a second order of 350k mentions (please show transaction id with screen shot) *as i will do the same

All mentions were delivered and you claimed your photo had gotten deleted (24 hours after it as completed) as a good gesture I full filled your request and gave you the mentions missing... (as stated in the message I said to FWD or screenshot email that you receive from Instagram stating your Photo has been removed for violating TOS ...

A day later you messaged me saying that 2 photos got deleted and to give you mentions or you will put me on the shitlist...

All mentions were delivered and extra... You kept saying your images were getting deleted (lets please keep in mind that what we are doing is against tos of IG) and that is not a PRO of IG mentions it is a con that your photo or IG account may get deleted and we are not responsible for this.

Any further questions I will be glad to answer

On average, my posts should have received 5k mentions in order to fulfill the 200k threshold. Tell me why on all of the "completed" orders there are only 3k mentions on them?

I had 8 posts total to begin with and 2 of them got banned because you sent duplicates to them and the other 6 posts got 3k comments and you never bothered with the additional ones I uploaded to replace the ones that got banned on your behalf.

And to further comment on this, I told you I was going to put you on the shit list after you failed to 1.) Update me on orders 2.) Complete the orders 3.) Respond

Private messaged Apricot in attempt to share some more confidential information about the transaction. Will post the necessary Skype logs within 24 hours.

Also... I never ordered another 350k mentions? I also never claimed I did. When you began sending mentions I was optimistic and hoping to continue further business with you, and I planned on purchasing 300k more mentions; however, you stopped sending mentions and replying so that is why we are here...

I bought some mentions from the same user. He has stopped replying to me on Skype although he is online on BHW.

Moving forward... As stated in skype messages which i asked you to please screenshot the whole conversation to provide to all of BHW (Giving you consent you can share our private conversation) You dont get deleted for duplicate of a tagged user.. people will report your photo... once again a risk you are willing to risk...

and there was more than X photos claimed you said were being sent to...
You are requesting a full refund because of risks you knew were at stake of getting banned or photo deleted ... im not quite understanding... if the job was not complete and say EX: was finished half way .. then you would get a half refund. But thats not the story at all. (that was an example)

Job was not completed. Job wasn't even halfway to completion. Several photos were killed by your ignorance, I replaced them and you said I would be getting those usernames re-done. I understand the risks of mentions, but I pointed out to you in our conversation attached that you were duplicating usernames. When thousands of people get mentioned to the same photo twice more than likely that photo won't last long. Instagram went thru an algorithm change midway thru our business together. You said I would be getting more mentions because of the wait; however, you couldn't even finish what I already gave you! I politely asked for a refund and you stopped responding.

The uploaded attachments clearly shows the conversation I posted. Of course, I don't want to post the mentioned URLs, but I am more than happy to submit them to a moderator. I am also willing to share the google drive with the moderator to view our mention list filled with the URLs that never got completed fully.

When it was all said and done I received 88k mentions, not 200k.

Edit 12/10/2015: I messaged Apricot with sensitive mention details. Awaiting his response.

James Lopez is indeed a scammer. I can vouch for this as James has never and most likely will never complete an order. This has forced me to chargeback on him. I suggest you do the same.

Stupid old me sent it as friends and family. He originally sent me an invoice; which I paid, but then he immediately refunded me and asked for friends and family. He wanted my review on his service so he could come across as a legit supplier. He asked me several times midway thru the order to vouch for him. I can only assume when mentions stopped working there for a while he took the money and ran.

Quickly looked into this. Didn't seem that PayPal wanted me to reverse "friends and family" charges.

Have received lots of information from Fenchel including details of his live accounts.

I can only see @88K mentions, so I'll need the following from both of you please:

*How many mentions were bought and agreed on (skype logs, or email/paypal screenshots)
*How many links were originally provided for these to be spread across (appears to be 8 links with 25k each - can you both confirm?)
*I understand that some of the images were removed. Don't care why at this point, but I need you both to confirm what actions were agreed upon to resolve this. Any logs / screenshots supporting this is good.

I am not that expensive but will quote really exorbitant amounts when I feel there is something sketchy.

He seemed sketchy to me- I asked him for a test to prove he was legitimate, he refused to provide me with any evidence that he could not mention so I discontinued any conversation and found someone else - feeling glad now

This has all been very frustrating. I don't understand why James couldn't have just refunded me for the half he did not complete.
