Scammed by "gmail Creator"

Bought some gmail accts from user - "gmail Creator" a few days ago and he said he would deliver in 1-4 hours. I never received them and he is not responding to pms or emails.

It was a low price at $10 per 1k but he had an itrader from one of the mods and I went for it.

I can see in his profile that is always on the forum just not responding so just disputed the charge.

Actually I bought 6k so it was $60. He had only been a member for a few weeks so perhaps he does this a lot and just comes back under a new name? For some reason he won't respond to pm's even though he's on every day.
