I ordered a bot for me ( $400) initial was $300 after i sent the last part of the money she/he did not sent me the bot, here is the last discution on skype (in the last days only i talked )

I  have sent out Bot to client, he did received bot and confirmed, do not  attempt to reverse funds, This person is trying to scam me. You need to  provide proof of what you're saying and i am willing to provide provide  proof if needed, and i will not let you reverse money i was paid to  create a bot (software) for you.

Peope are not going for a direct approach via safe transaction websites . It is the main reason for the vast shitlist.
 
ask her to send you skype screen and bot again.

how is it possible that seller can not send bot again. it takes few seconds.
 
On Paypal dispute reply that whats issue in sending bot again
If he/she really created it then will send it

If not then paypal review team is smart too

I replay with what you sugested and paypal closed the dispute not in my favor. I claimed again hope this time i will win
 
When it comes to digital goods, paypal automatically favors for the seller. It sucks, I'm sorry.

Also, he could send any program and win the case. He doesn't need to prove that its the actualy bot you commissioned him to make.

Not necessarily so. I've won over seven PayPal disputes when the seller didn't deliver the goods as promised. PayPal *will* refund the money if you send them detailed notes showing that the product sold in the sales copy "materially misrepresented" the actual good or goods delivered.

I sent a PM to FraCorp and pointed her to this thread and
told her to respond to lorand's accusation. She has 48
hours to do so. If I see that she has logged on to BHW
within that time frame but has not replied, I will assume
that she is avoiding this issue and as a result, her BHW
account will be terminated.

@lorand: Please keep me updated as to whether or not
FraCorp has made any attempt to resolve this issue over
the next couple of days.

Because i lost the disputs i switched from "Not Received" to "Significantly Not As Described"
However on one of my 3 opened cases history I seen this :

@WizGizmo "she" is a "he" just pretending to by a girl for confidence. And he did not attended to resolve the problem
 
If you lost the first dispute you will lose the second. One dispute per payment. I'd say you have no chance of getting the money back.
 
If you won the dispute it may take upto 10 business days for the money to actually appear in your balance. You will see in your transactions for the amount "On Hold" the funds should be released to you within that time frame.

@lorand:

I can see by looking at FraCorp's profile that he has not yet logged
on since I sent the PM. Therefore, if you wish, we can wait to see
if and/or when he logs on again and hopefully tries to make an
attempt to resolve this situation. It's probably a long-shot, but
I suppose it wouldn't hurt to wait - at least until he has logged
on. Then, if he still does not come forward, I will take the proper
action.

It depends on the Time Zone. When I look at his profile, it shows
his last login as 03-28-2013 10:56 PM. I am on Eastern Standard
time. However, it does tell me that FraCorp did in fact log on and
had a chance to read my PM, but did not come forward and respond.

FraCorp is now permanently banned . . . Sorry you got scammed. :(
