Scammed by DzokharWako for $100

Hi,

almost 2 months ago I ordered service from DzokharWako to create google maps listing for my website. After I had paid $100 in PayPal, the seller was gone for a month, not replying to me on Skype nor on BHW. Today I got him to reply on Skype, and he said he was bankrupt and didn't have the money to refund me. This is hard to believe for me, because he was gone for a month and also used unverified PayPal account.

There is no way to believe and keep waiting for anything from this user. Please make sure this user cannot scam anyone else on BHW anymore.
