Scammed by DX- Generation, Lied Multiple Times..

Note: I can screenshot any of these conversations if necessary to prove it, but I believe the below is enough evidence, and he won't deny any of it

Log summary: User has failed to keep multiple promises, lied on multiple occasions, lack of communication.

Now here is the interesting part, today on the 1st of June - I responded on his thread before opening the shit list.
As soon as I made a response (just as I am typing the shit list thread) he suddenly becomes online (so he has been appearing offline all this time)

Tells me he is sending report in "one hour" and begs me not to. I ask him when the links were created because I am pretty sure he is going to create them all in the next "hour" or so, yet (as you see at the very end he had told me the order was complete)

Says his going to give me more links etc..

On 12th May I told him it had been over a week, no contact from him and no response to this message.

18th of may I told him my order was extremely late.

I responded that it had been 2 weeks.. and he promised 4 days.

He said: (note how he blames it on his writer, and he told other people he was sick)

I kindly thanked him, didn't give him any trouble, being understanding.

He messaged me on the 22nd:

I told him that he didn't keep his promise yet again:

I didn't hear from him again until 25th, so I told him I wanted to cancel my order:

On 28th may I asked him for a refund, (yet again) because I hadn't heard from him..

and until to this date I haven't heard from him.

Could anyone count how many times he lied and broke his promise in this deal?

I hate people like this, and they will never get anywhere in life.

Have you received a refund, the service or nothing so far? It 's not clear.

He just sent a "refund" literally now after opening a thread here from another paypal and he put "physical delivery option" which is really fishy because if charged back and I don't provide a tracking no, he will win dispute..

He didn't refund my initial transaction.

Service wise, nothing of course, he is still lying.

I guess he is planning to chargeback the refund if things don't go his way...

And the reason you send him money from a different account and used the physical delivery option is... ?

i dont have money in my actual paypal which is my business paypal. so i used different paypal to make payment ! which is my friends paypal which is connected to credit card. and my paypal doesnt have credit card so i used my friends paypal to make money ! so i will fill back money to my friends paypal later ! in matter of physical payment i was in hurry to refund him so i didnt seen the next option i refunded him quickly since he was asking for refund instead of links !

Here 's how it 's going to play out:

Exaalion will send back the payment made from your friend 's paypal account and you will put money on your business account and refund him properly from there.

Assuming all this goes well, there will be no administrative action taken over this, since the OP won't have been scammed.

Let me know if you both agree on this or feel free to propose some other mutually acceptable course.

Regarding DX-GENERATION 's BST threads, they will not be removed but will remain closed pending re-evaluation by the staff.

DX-GENERATION claimed via PM that my suggestion is not possible due to Indian Paypal issues. I know Indian paypal is tricky but I do not know specifics. So, I 'm freezing my previous suggestion until I verify his claim.If there is any other proposal about making sure the refund is done properly, please let me know.

Hi guys, sorry for the late response, it's late here.

I feel uncomfortable being refunded by another paypal, but it's not a big deal. I doubt he will charge-back from this point on as no administrative action will be taken against him.(and if he does we can refer back to this thread) I was never bothered by the loss of 25 dollars anyway, it was the fact that I was being lied to over and over again.

In that case everything is resolved as to my satisfaction, all I ask is that my honest review of his services remain on his thread so people think twice before dealing with him.
