Scammed by Dbanj (Mr.Purfekt)

So recently I contacted Dbanj (Skype : im.purfekt) regarding some currency exchange. I was to provide the money and he was to transfer it into skrill as per my request. After the payments were provided he claimed to be at work and said that he needed "About an hour" to send the skrill money over. After waiting for 8 hours I messaged him to check on things and he ignored my messages. I constantly messaged him over a few days and finally gave him a 24 hour warning that I was going to make this post and he still did not reply or show any sign of care. So I'm now making this post.

Images of the conversation over skype have been attached.
Images of the confirmed payments that were provided to him have also been attached.Because I'm not allowed to attach more than 8 files or link to URLs I've attached what I think shows the most. If you need anymore I'd be happy to provide them.

What I want in resolution is my money's worth in skrill (95$) or bitcoin. According to him that should be something he can provide. If you need any further info or details please let me know.

Dbanj has been notified he has 48 hours to respond.

Okay. I'll like to be given more time to resolve this with Saint Zeus. I'm not denying those payments weren't sent, the reason I didn't fulfill my side of the deal was because my email was compromised and someone else claimed the monies. I'm willing to resolve this issue and pay what I owe OS.

You provided no such details and instead preferred to say absolutely nothing regarding the situation no matter how many times I contacted you. If the moderators choose to extend your time limit then I respect their decision. But in my honest opinion if he had faced such issues he would have immediately notified me when I warned him that I was going to make a post but that did not happen either. Only pointing out that I have not heard a single word from him since he received the payments. I leave it in the moderators hands.

I'm assuming you've decided to provide more time for Dbanj.. I respect your decision however if you could keep me posted that would be very much appreciated as he is unresponsive to any of my messages even now. Kind regards.

Dbanj has been online on Skype and BHW multiple times since and is completely ignoring all of my contact methods he is obviously stalling and not willing to take responsibility for his actions. If you could please try and contact him one last time and then decide accordingly.

I messaged him on Skype after your final warning of 24 hours expired and the messages were delivered and viewed by him. he then logged off and completely ignored my messages as usual. Dbanj is only stalling he has no intention of returning the money. If his email had been compromised as he claims he would have told me and prevented me from posting this SL but he didn't say a word. I would have personally given him time to resolve this but he simply has no intention and never had any intention of returning the money. Attached Skype final message.

Dbanj has failed to stay engaged into a SL against him that he was obviously aware of.
