Weak sauce. I post for an ebay vcc. danielmartin contacts me via pm with skype attached.
Have a decent conversation via skype discussing VCC and potentially other services (luckily didn't go through with those) and then I send payment for the VCC. Should have spotted the red flag when asked for paypal payment sent as family/friend but I figured "what the hell it's only $20 i can take the chance, I don't think he's petty enough to scam me for $20". I guess i was made a fool:eek:

As usual with scammers, once payment is received they disappear and stop answering or send 1 message or excuses to hold you off. Quick responses before payment, then always offline/no answer after payment. I'm not pissed about the money more than I'm annoyed by time wasted waiting on a lie.

He said he'd deliver the VCC in 24 hours, it's been 96 hours+. Also, just searched and found another user complaint about this same guy doing the same type of crap. (not on the shit list though)

Screenshots attached. Hope this helps someone avoid making a bad decision with this user. Lucky for me it was only $20, when we were discussing services for $200 and $350.

I am also dealing with this guy and its making me nervous :(

he said he will deliver today. its wednesday and nothing has come :(... i sent him $97 deposit and rest on completion.

He asked me for $50 more to pay his developers and i refused.

I paid him to create a software bot to create app ids for UK & USA.. Daniel please reply about this also in why you haven't sent me the bot.

He delivered a VCC that does not work. Tried it in ebay and it keeps asking to input correct fields and i've triple checked that they are right. Because he took so long, I got a VCC from a great member on here and it worked no problem. How come his VCC doesn't work? How come he delivers in 5 days when the deal was for 24hrs?

Also, he claimed earlier in the convo (see initial screenshots) that the VCC should last a year? In my experience they don't last past 24hrs. And I tried to use his VCC basically 9hours after he sent it and it didn't work. (see current screenshot) vcc-notworking.PNG

I'd like my money back. Send the personal payment back, clearly he's playing games and full of excuses like a typical scammer. And never online, always hiding as invisible since the second he got payment. Not to mention, time is money and you wasted a lot of mine and from the looks of it a few other people too.

@DanielMartin, yes you need to provide proof of your view. Once again, you have 48 hours to provide your viewpoint on both allegations above. Include proof of what you claim, not just a short, "I provided it".

I cant believe this guy is still on this forum. I definitely think he will sign up again even after he is banned. He scammed me for $150 for an instagram account. I blame myself though.

Thank God for the paypal dispute.

I feel his IP should be blacklisted completely if possible. He has studied the art of scamming and is determined to keep going

Sure, we can ban his IP... but if he's not using a static IP, then all he has to do is release his router's IP and get a new one. Guess we could ban his entire Class C, all 255 IPs even though that could also catch others that use his same provider. Hmmm... until he decides to go with a different ISP. Maybe we should ban all traffic from his country? But then again, there are always proxies that he could use.

How about people use some sense and stop sending money to people they don't know, have close to zero time on BHW with nothing to lose if they're account is banned? THAT could work.

PS. I've seen enough from enough people... perma-banned

PPS. Sorry if that came out a little harsh... just tired of seeing people get ripped off when most of it is preventable.

I still don't understand the attraction with sending money to brand new low post count users.
This is happening on a more regular basis because people are making it too easy.
These aren't even real top level scammers, just kids and desperate clowns out to make a quick easy buck.
In the real world when you hire somebody you don't just hand over money to the first person that knocks on your door and says they can do the job.

In my opinion in the "introduction" section mods should add some sticky threads as about cases like this one, most of the threads here at shitlist do have scammers with low post count as protagonists , maybe I ain't right but in my opinion that's a must , newbies in most of cases aren't aware of what's going on here and I don't think they ever browsed this section
