I sent him $40 as a gift for some status update, and he doesn't even have publishing rights to the page. He's sending me some random link that no one seees...I mean come on, 10 minutes in I've gotten 10 fans, the update is not on the real wall (he sends some bs link where its the only post), and he's saying he's doing his job? I mean it's not even the money, but I just don't want this guy to have it...is it possible that I can get it back, or do anything at all since I sent it as a gift?

Lol I'm an idiot I guess, I sent it as a normal payment, he refunded it so I could send it as a gift...

Damm he did the exact same thing to others..well know wonder he knows people are gunna chargeback, he posted in "just fans". Everyone should stay away.

If you are using paypal and you send as a gift you are pretty much screwed.

Everyone always wants to send payments as a gift to save them money in fees but I will never send as a gift again because you lose your protection as you can not file a dispute on payments you sent as a gift.

Lesson learned here.. don't send payments as a gift. Pay the extra fee, it's worth it.

If anyone asks for send payment as gift thats 90% of the time because he knows you wont be satisfied. I refused to send money as gift to someone, and guess what, it was a dispute 2 week later.

Damn that sucks
