Scammed by Bileks for $500

I asked help to Bileks on pm about adwords cloaking, bcoz he posted this in a thread:
"If anyone needs help to run ads with cloaking. contact me. I have almost 4 years of experience in this!"

So i sent pm to him asking help for adwords cloaking, after some days he added me on skype, and he said that will charge for his help, i was agree with that, i paid 500$ to him on july 9 2015 (thursday) trough bitcoins, he got the money, and after i paid i did no get any help from him or the life time solution like he said on skype, and he is not replying on skype since saturday, so i want my money back

Well, to start OFF i want to make the process clear what we agreed to. He makes ads and does Phishing and STEAL Bank Logins and STEAL their Money. So he contacted me that he wants to do cloaking. I said i can do this, and can help you.

It's true he paid me $500, and i told him the way to STAY OFF the RADAR. I was paid to give him tips and tell him which cloaker to buy and from where. I gave hm the Skype ID of the Cloaker guy and even asked him to send me a Lander so that i can set up his campaign in his Account.

Where is it that i scammed him ? What was it that i had to deliver ? I am quite shocked to see this SL.

The last time it's me who responded on Skype. It was Wednesday and it's Saturday here. Check my Skype Screenshot.
If he is asking me to RUN his Phishing Ads and Steal BANK Logins for him, them i am sorry, i WON'T do that ILLEGAL think at all. He said would you help me to sustain my campaigns, i said Yes and i asked for a new domain, he never came up with one.

Ok, obviously I am going to need the full logs - start to finish. Remove personal info from the log (no actual names, URLs, emails addresses etc) but one of you needs to copy and paste them in. Don't do screen shots, just copy and paste them - and if part of that is disputed, then we can do screenshots of that portion.

He asked for help, i did that. I am still awaiting for His doamin so that i can set up his campaign. I have given him what he was looking for. I showed him the Cloaker which works for his ads, i will set up campaigns. I won't give a refund as i have already done his work. he has taken the knowledge/Service from me already. he can't just NOT reply to my messages on Skype and straight go and open a SL and this is not fair to just give him refund after the work is done.

Beleks, let me make this clear - I have made my judgement... so you can either refund 1/2, come up with an agreement with onlyshop or be banned from BHW... those are the three options.
