Scammed by Arceflow

Summary of Dispute:

I sent him $550 to make me 2 Google My Business Listings. He kept prolonging the process and then never got back to me.
Looking at his thread now, he seems to have been doing this to others as well. Complete Scam.

I would just like a refund at this point. We don't even need the listings now anymore. I wanted only 1 to begin with but It seems like he just wanted more money out of me.

You can see below as well, I sent him payment on Stripe on September 23rd. He was asking me for strange ways to pay him that aren't easy to reverse either like Zelle, Cashapp, etc.
