It is not uncommon for someone to give false information to paypal... surely you know that.

Its Not So easy To Live with Paypal With False info + Huge transactions!
They Often Limit it and ask for the address proofs and documents!

Agree. It's disappointing that no action appears to have been taken. The guy has had over 2 weeks to respond to the allegations on the forum but has chosen not to do so.
He's made a feeble attempt to save his ass by stating that he will refund monies yet it appears that nobody has received a penny.
We're not talking chump change here either....

I have just sent Abercrombie a final warning to deal with the complaints in this thread. I have also updated his signature to warn others about him. If has not replied publicly here within 7 days he will be banned until at the very least he makes good to everyone he is alleged to have scammed or clears his name by providing evidence refuting the claims.
