I paid openraidbh $180 nearly three weeks ago to make me a Youtube comment rating bot. I bought it around Thanksgiving so I was already expecting a delay. Couple days after Thanksgiving he needed accounts and proxies to test the bot. I paid for 5 private proxies for him to make accounts with and test and I haven't heard from him since. He hasn't been online on skype and I PM'd him here on BHW but he hasn't replied. I PM'd Lawrence and Nick, the two doing the BST with him, still no response.

I've been waiting patiently long enough and decided now would be the right time to Shit List him.

I wish you told me you were no longer in the bot business before taking my money. I'll update this thread when I get my refund, which is hopefully soon.

So you took his money and paid your real life debts with it? If you're in debt, why not make the bot, and not have to owe the money back?

How can you claim to be out of the bot business ? What did you forget how to code ? It surely cant take that long to code a comment bot ? (yes i can code myself) Who these days dosent have financial issues ??

You accepted his payment and promised to deliver in a day, then proceeded to ignore him, if it was not for the fact that this shit list thread was posted hed of likely never of heard from you again....... I loved this part "I'll be sure to return your payment (with interest for the inconvenience) as soon as I'm able" yah right bro, pull the other one.

You dont even have the decency to contact one of your partners to get them to cover it, you just tell him to sort it out.

I read most of the SL threads but mostly focus on the areas that I moderate, but I look at what you responded to with absolute disbelief. "I'm no longer in the bot business" - wow... isn't THAT covenient now that you've accepted his payment, waited a few days and had him send you some proxies on top of that?

You promised a turnaround of 24 hours and yet this SL wasn't posted until 3 weeks later. Exactly when did you 'get out of the bot business'? Shouldn't that have come sometime AFTER you created this bot which only needed a '24 hour turnaround'?

So, how about answering a couple of questions?

1) Why did you have him send the payment via WU? Looking at it from this end, it looks like you did it to make sure he couldn't charge back a paypal payment.

2) WHEN will you be paying him back exactly? "As soon as I'm able" is too vague. How about something more concrete - like a date?

You took the money in good faith and it obviously looks like you just came back to respond after getting a msg from Taco. Show some good faith back and get his money back ASAP. Give him the date you will be getting it and then make it happen.
 
Sounds like a scam attempt. I think he should refund the OP and compensate him for both the proxies AND the inconvenience he caused him, not to mention the time lost waiting for the bot.

What do you mean by "didn't make time"? Why wouldn't you have time? People normally don't have time for stuff that is done in the free time, this IS your fucking business, you don't want to treat people like that because it will bite in your ass later. Financial issues surely don't take up 400 hours of your time?
 
Looks to me like he is not actually the bot maker, he probably screwed his partners over too. thats why they they not answering One thing though, you should have his real name and address,
Having these, you can do a lot more damage to him
 
Thanks everyone for your input, but I have a feeling I won't be hearing from him in a while. I wonder why his partners haven't said anything in this thread.
 
It's been a while since he was notified about this, and he is not getting banned yet? I don't get it...
