What was it all about?

We had a deal for 10k Views for my Youtube Video and 300 Likes for the Video for 22$.
He said it would be delivered within 24-48 hours. But he failed to deliver.. The first 1k Views were done within a day but after that nothing.
Moroever he never came online on skype after that and when i sent him a warning message.. He dint reply back either.

Dint expect such a bad service from a Trusted User who is a Jr.VIP Donor.

Everyone who posted here in violation of shitlist rule 4, got an infraction.
 
His last activity is "05-20-2013". I will give him a few more days - if he comes online and doesn't reply here, he will be perm banned.
 
I posted here again because i was scammed 2 weeks back.. The thread was opened 1 week back.
The user accused hasnt been online since 9 days and there has been no action taken? Just because he is a donor maybe?
 
The accused member has not been active all these days and thus failed to respond. He has been perm banned with the note that if he can resolve this in the near future, we might re-evaluate the situation.
