Scamer - Asking For Refund after Reading the BST

I might not doing some thing Wrong to Make this Shit List Entry...

I am selling a BST for 210K GSA Link Links for 11$

Now I got a Order for the Service and I send the Buyer all Two Files... I PM Him.. Here is the Screenshot..



On the Thread I clearly mention that after sending the Files "NO REFUND WILL BE PROCESS". So the Buyer take his decision before buy it or Not. And all we know the GSA Links Result may Change for Different Users.. Depend on many Things...

I send him the Report at 12:41PM In Indian Time.. And he check 80% of the Links within next 2hrs.. The List size was 47,38,438 and 210,000.

I didn't Mind to the Refund.. This is not a Big Deal.. But all I was to say this is Not the Right way to Deal to the Sellers. We are not Force People to Buy.. We advertise and We Deliver Exactly we Mention... This is Simply trying to Get the List as Free...

The Main thing is concern is he is Trying to Thread me.. Seems I do a Criminal Offense...

I can send Same File to any mod to Verify what I send to the Seller....

I approved it because he is threatening a dispute.

So, I have some questions:

1) andrewkar did you contact tutugosh via PM or any other method before posting what you did on the BST? (If not, why not?)

2) To both of you, what is the current active percentage of the pages provided? aka, how many of them are alive, vs dead links? Yes, that means I want an actual percentage of the list that is live, not guestimates.

So tutugosh, you calling me a scamer for wanting to get my money back because your offer don't deliver what you are actually advertising? As I have said, I didn't expect to get fresh or even good list, I'm not stupid. I knew it will be spammed and useless for most linkbuilding. But I have expected to actually see links alive there. Of course I haven't checked all the 210000 links. I took a sample of 50 randomly and checked that. Mostly dead sites. So I took another and again same thing. At that moment for me it was pointless to do anything more with it. And keep in mind I was not the first one who said this list is a TOTAL rubbish. There was one guy before.
Now about "No refund policy". I respect the rules and all but, it can't be a way to sell something that has absolutely no value. So after I saw the list this is exactly what I thought, you are using it to get "easy" money. I don't mind $11. It's not about the money, it's about fact that you still selling this thing. You should take it away from the market once you knew it's rubbish or at least check it if it still is somehow ok. One more thing, I'm not using lists for GSA other than my own.

OldSalt, I have contacted seller via email because can't send PMs. Here is where I made mistake, I typed wrong email address and got mailer demon.
So at this point I assumed I just got scammed. That's why I went ahead and replayed in the thread the way I did (which would not have happened if I had typed the email correctly, my bad at this point). I also tried to send him message from his website but contact form isn't configured properly. Anyways, that doesn't change a fact that the offer advertised is not what it really is.

BTW I'm not going to waste my time on that list so can't tell you what is the percentage.

Here is the screenshot Based on the List I am selling.. This is the Last Verified Stat List I was selling.. and He also get it.. I also send him Bonus Link so he can get some More than I offered....



And the Other list is the "IDENTIFIED" list from the GSA... I mentioned that also...

And every body who know about GSA and Buying list I am sure they also didn't get the exact Number of Verified Link.. It's depend on many Things. Proxies, email, VPS Quality etc.. Also the Site Owner change the Auto-approve Mode so their site didn't get hurt..

If some one Interested to buy the list he need to contact me before buying.. Like Many people do on my thread.. After my Reply they decide whether he need to buy or not..

If some one decide to Buy without contact me then it's not my Fault... As per the Thread I provide exact number of the Link List.. even more..

Just seeing the List is not the way to justified the Quality.. Seller need to Run the List on GSA or any Other Tools with Proper Setting to see what he is actually getting..

After that if he didn't get the Link what I advertise we can make some Agreement...

But after getting the List and ask for the refund within the 2hrs isn't make sense... And also Threatening me on the Public Forum... He has a Right to Make Dispute on the Paypal or Knock me on Skype, PM Me and Email me before he come in a Decision to Threat me.

I am still saying that I can Process the Refund any time.. But I am really Hurt to see People Like Him..

I have shared Many List for free on this Forum.. If he just ask some help I would be Much Happy..

So dear Mod please let me know your Decision and I will do Accordingly...

I'm not going to proceed with PP dispute because I have made mistake typing email addresses and because of that couldn't get in touch with the seller. Still, this list should be taken away from the market.

I sent you an email address to send the file to. I will check out samples from the list to see if they are live.

Also, if someone didn't ask you for a sample and ordered without contact, he still deserves to get what was advertised.

Yes, making sure you send your email to the correct email helps before you confront the seller. Keeping an issue private often gets you better results and then if that doesn't work, then you go public.

I am still randomly testing links but let me ask you this. When was the last time your lists were cleaned? (aka, each link tested and bad links removed)? From what I've already looked at, I am thinking it's been awhile.

I Mentioned, this 210K List Verified Between Many and June.. And the Identified List build within May and July... And I am personally Unique this List.. Check this Screenshot... Stared on July 29 to 3rd Aug this Time.



I know the LIST Get Died most Frequently so that's why I decide to offer 210K Links + My Identified links for 11$..

Ok, Although I can't say that I ran a fully thorough test, I did do random samples of many of the files. I have to admit that I would have expected a higher active vs 404 response in the list. Some sections did have a higher rate of live links but I found some of them as high as 80% failure when I attempted to load the pages.

Yes, you are only charging $11 for the list, but if they die that fast, I would suggest that you clean the list more often and republish it with updates.
