he did not lose a cent of money. the accounts are still in his possession in some in some favela of India. more over his people now haras me via skype and whatsapp
copies of the payments and the reuest form PayPal on the bottom. note the repeated attempts to contact him through PayPal.

They're both offering the same service and are using the same profile image.

If they are, I can attest to the fact that working with the guy whose profile link I have shared is probably the most excruciating experience I've had buying ig accs. Accs delivered would have issues but it would take weeks just to get a reply on Skype.

I can provide proof of my claim if they're the same people. If not, I ask the mod to delete my comment and I apologize for having intruded in this matter.
