After paying for ytnuke service i got a 502 error msg!
the msg is up for 2 days.
their other site workingyoutubeview is also out on 502
and after checking my paypal receipt i came to notice that the company behind these site is called: SkyRise SEO LLC

the web site for this company is up and can receive payment , but the contact us on their site is not working at all.
neither their link to Facebook linkdin or twitter.
i have found their page on Facebook , and there is one msg from somebody asking to contact him ASAP. and not answer.

looks like a big SCAM!

and this black hat forum has a whole thread saying how great they are!

chill out, 2 days is not enough time to be calling someone a scammer. For all we know their website is being DDOSed.

on facebook fan page no responde to someone who is asking to contact him ASAP from a month ago?

dosn't look too good to me. looks like very amateurs!!
 
if the owner guy would explain and if the problem is long time will refund then maybe its okay.
but you pay for a fast youtube service, the site goes down immediately , and there is not way to contact them?!

give them a bit before you accuse man, i know it looks suspicous, even if it does turn out to be a "scam" which i doubt it will, their services are cheap. you couldnt have lost to much.

there is a lesson to be learned from every loss. so in a way, you gain.
 
i paid for 20,000 views and received 45,000 so far... These assholes

GOD! I never asked for those extra 25,000 views but they keep trying to make me happy..... LOL
 
this is a lesson at costumer service and not being a sucker!

dosnt metter if the service is cheap or not!

even if its 1 doller!

you pay to get something and you pay to get it quick!

you dont get it , and the seller disappears...
even for 2 days. there is no way to contact the seller...

then expect fot this kind of post on many forumes around the web.

some people are working for their money , and they except to get what they have paid for!
if not that then the seller should at least think about the people who have paid him , and post something by himself or be available on his Facebook web site.

nice for you, but if you have paid for 20,000 views and needed them asap , and then the seller would dissapear from any contact?
 
The YTNuke site is working perfectly for me. Maybe it's just your connection or ISP's DNS servers or something. They are not a scam and have always delivered just as advertised. Take a deep breath and chillax... =)
 
502 error is not an internet provider error, its thier server error, and becouse it was up 30 minutes ago, dosnt mean its working. when iv tried using my credits it went down again and still down.
try logging now.
 
I personally am not having great experience with them too, and it is definitely not as advertised (at least for me). Worst part is their customer service rep. is arguing with me over email rather than provide a solution and deliver as promised (I am getting 300-400 views per day whereas they say 1000 - 3000 views will be delivered per day).

Anyway, I definitely think they need to improve on their customer service side.
 
Hi everyone, Matt from YTNuke here! I noticed this thread and thought it was definitely necessary to clear this mess up. First of all, there was never a 502 error issue with anyone else over those two days, or ever for that matter. So maybe the site was just overloaded or some unrelated issue. Second of all, did you try to contact YTNuke? We have a full time on site support agent on live chat, another agent checking general support, a phone line, and I also personally go in and check the email to make sure all is going smoothly; which it always is. Like everyone above said, don't go saying something is a scam that you know nothing about. We would appreciate if you would edit/delete your thread as none of your accusations are close to true. The SkyRiseSEO page you found and tried to contact isn't fully set up, that's why no contact on there went through, and that's completely unrelated to YouTube views anyway. Thanks,

Ytnuke is not a scam I use them its fine but the speeds are much slower than usual.however this is not only them, every seller on the net is having problem with slow speeds. due to youtube updates.
 
Good to know, but I still might give them a shot to try them out. Since the good I have heard outweighs the bad.

Thanks for the good feedback AceKing...Whenever views are slow, usually due to YouTube updates, we will post a status in the user backend letting everyone know. We're actually implementing a new graph to the site which will show users YTNuke's current speeds. Many new great additions coming up soon!

Been 10 days and STILL they only deliver 200-300 views per day. Quite frankly, my clients are disgusted and so are we. I think OP could be correct. We've already ditched YTNuke in favor of their main competitor who has a BST thread on this board. Get all the views in 24-48 hours for the same price or wait 10-20 days to get 5k views? Hmmmm its a no brainer.

Oh, and after about the 6th email to Matt at "customer support", we've still yet to ever get a reply back. Also, they won't reply back to any emails regarding the issue of their guaranteed fast speeds of 10k+ per day(which we paid EXTRA for on our biggest client's video). It took 27 days to fill a simple "Fast Views" order of 100k.

They being DDOS if its true as members said, So that means competitor try to fuck them up

And im sure , few competitors accounts posted in this threads, if are YTnuke competitor go and die please ? :)



Isnt YTnuke rune by member here ?
