Hello,

I'm from France and I want to host to website where I scam off people 10?. I want to host with namecheap but how high is the risk that they will give out my personal data if someone wants to sue me?

why waste so much time, effort, and money to scam?? when you can use those resources to provide something valuable and make more money and gain valuable experience?
