I came across this on eBAY. item number: 190633912369

hes called highrankuk

It looks too good to be true? Must be scam right?

Just looked over it, it does look really too good to be true I mean for that low of a price. Take a look at his feedback for example it is all generic nothing related to backlinks or anything. Also he has got it set so you can not see what item they have brought.
