IM not sure if I should send this item or just refund the buyer because the buyer just opened their ebay account today and has no feedback but the their paypal account is verified do you guys think its scam? The item is worth $325.000

Exactly. I always call any suspicious buyers first and if I can't get a hold of them or it is a wrong number I immediately issue a refund and be done with it.

1 - Don't post people's info ( name, email, phone, address ) on the board.
( This is a major, major big problem for both you and the board )

2 - If you get scammed - welcome to selling on ebay & paypal.

3 - The posters who mentioned the advice to call are 100% correct.
Call to verify the shipping address for items over $100 - that is a good excuse.

Absolutely, positively, have a tracking number and don't lose it.

If the buyer is NOT in your own country - Paypal will refund them REGARDLESS
of whether or not you prove delivery with a tracking number. Keep that in mind.

My items average $100 on ebay and I have had many buyers with 0 fb and a few of them just opened their accounts today. But everyone has to start somewhere - Just make sure you get tracking on the item and you'll be fine. If you get scammed - just call the police and they will help - I have seen this happen before.

Theres no way to tell if they're a scammer or not. Maybe they liked what you were selling and they just signed up to buy that item. Give him a call if he sounds legit, go for it.

We all gotta start somwhere.

i sold a iphone on ebay and the guy had no feedback, sent payment to me and i shipped. No problems. Everyone starts somewhere.

Yeah but then they get mad and give you negative feedback.

Like I asked a buyer to pay extra few UK pounds for something after they send Paypussy money the buyer writes back why you put this on I say fees handling usul shit and they put in freakin dispute for refund. SO I refund saying a few hard truths and that they should get a rich wife and the cock suckers give me fucking negative feedback.
